Responsibilities
- Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate a variety of machinery, including Counterbalance, Reach Trucks, Order Pickers, or Walkies.
- Shipping & Receiving Support: Manage inbound and outbound logistics by loading/unloading trailers to keep production lines flowing smoothly.
- Inventory Management: Utilize RF scanners to accurately track, log, and organize stock movements.
- Safety Protocols: Conduct mandatory daily pre-shift equipment inspections and maintain an organized, hazard-free work environment.
Qualifications
- Valid Credentials: A current, valid forklift certification is highly preferred (Reach, Counterbalance, Raymond Reach, or Walkie).
- Proven Track Record: At least 1 year of hands-on experience driving forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Reliability: Exceptional punctuality, a strong work ethic, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- Precision: High attention to detail to ensure accuracy during fast-moving peak production hours.
- Safety First: A proactive commitment to protecting yourself and your colleagues every single day.
