Responsibilities
• Set up, calibrate, and safely operate automated equipment on a fast-paced manufacturing line.
• Monitor production instruments and gauges constantly to ensure high-quality food processing.
• Measure and load precise quantities of raw ingredients into processing machinery.
• Clear standard line jams safely and report mechanical issues to the maintenance team.
• Clean and sanitize food processing machinery and work areas according to strict safety regulations.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Machine Operator in a food manufacturing facility.
• Physical capability to stand comfortably for the entire 8-hour production shift.
• Full availability to work the designated full-time night shift schedule.
• Reliable transportation to the industrial zone in Brantford, Ontario.•
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills on high-speed production machinery.
• Excellent attention to detail to follow precise recipes and safety guidelines.
• Exceptional time management and dependability to excel on a night shift.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills in English.
