As a Forklift Operator specializing in manufacturing & logistics, your day-to-day schedule will be dynamic and highly productive. Your shift will be evenly split between several critical warehouse functions. You will be responsible for receiving product safely off the arriving trucks, picking precise orders, building sturdy pallets, and loading outgoing trucks for distribution. In addition to operating machinery, a key component of this Forklift Operator role involves technological accuracy. You will be responsible for inputting all ingoing, outgoing, and picking data directly into the facility's computer system to maintain real-time inventory precision.
This position is located in Brantford, Ontario and requires full-time on-site presence. The facility operates with highly flexible scheduling options, meaning we currently have both afternoon shifts and day shifts available to perfectly match your lifestyle and personal preferences. Please note that this position is an English-only role, as all operational commands, safety protocols, and computer system software are configured entirely in English, and there is no requirement to communicate in French or other languages.

• Receive incoming products and inventory directly off delivery trucks and verify shipments.
• Pick customer orders accurately using picking lists and RF scanners.
• Build, wrap, and secure pallets to ensure safe transit and zero product damage.
• Load outgoing products and completed pallets efficiently onto distribution trucks.
• Input all incoming, outgoing, and picked order data accurately into the internal computer system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse work environment at all times.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
Qualifications
• Valid certification or prior documented experience as a Forklift Operator.
• High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
• Comfort working on your feet and operating machinery throughout a full shift.
• Strong computer literacy for inputting and managing warehouse inventory data.
• Full fluency in English to safely navigate the facility and log system data.
• Ability to reliably commute to the industrial sector of Brantford, Ontario.
• Commitment to maintaining a spotless safety record and wearing required PPE.
• Proven experience as a Forklift Operator or material handler within a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in inventory tracking and entering data into warehouse computer systems.
• Strong attention to detail when picking orders and building pallets.
• Excellent physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow precise English safety instructions.
• Time-management skills to successfully handle a split shift of physical and administrative tasks.
