Responsibilities
Precision Operation: Safely move, stack, and retrieve heavy inventory with high accuracy.
Dock Management: Rapidly load and unload trailers in a high-volume shipping/receiving environment.
Inventory Flow: Maintain seamless operations through efficient order picking and replenishment.
Equipment Care: Conduct daily inspections and report maintenance needs to ensure uptime.
Digital Tracking: Use RF scanners and WMS software to log real-time product movement.
Safety Standards: Follow all safety protocols to maintain a 100% hazard-free workspace.
Team Targets: Meet daily output and distribution goals through effective collaboration.
Qualifications
Licensed: Current certification for Counterbalance, dock stocker, Reach, or Walkie machinery.
Experienced: Proven ability to operate safely in high-traffic industrial settings.
Reliable: A documented history of punctuality and professional dependability.
Physical Capability: Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
