Responsibilities
Daily Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely and accurately move, stack, and retrieve heavy inventory throughout the facility.
- Shipping & Receiving: Efficiently load and unload incoming and outgoing trailers in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick orders and replenish stock quickly to keep the warehouse operations running smoothly.
- Equipment Care: Perform daily pre-shift inspections on your forklift to ensure the machine is safe and working properly.
- Safety First: Follow all site safety protocols strictly to help maintain an accident-free workspace.
- Teamwork: Work together with the rest of the warehouse crew to consistently hit daily shipping and production targets.
Qualifications

- Valid Forklift License: Active certification for Counterbalance, Reach, Dock Stocker, or Walkie.
- Safe Operator: Demonstrated history of running equipment safely in busy, high-traffic industrial settings.
- Reliable: A solid track record of excellent attendance, punctuality, and professional dependability.
- Physical Capability: Able to stand for long stretches during a shift and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.
- Availability: Ready to commit to a steady, full-time schedule at our Burlington facility.
