Responsibilities
- Safe Equipment Operation: Efficiently operate Counterbalance, Reach, Raymond Reach, Order Pickers, or Walkies based on facility needs.
- Logistics & Staging: Load/unload trailers and move materials efficiently to keep active production and shipping lines running smoothly.
- Inventory Tracking: Use handheld RF scanners to accurately log material movements and maintain inventory control.
- Safety Compliance: Perform mandatory pre-shift equipment inspections and maintain a clean, zero-harm workspace.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience operating forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse or industrial environment.
- Credentials: Valid Forklift Certification is strongly preferred (Counterbalance, Reach, or Walkie).
- Core Skills: Strong attention to detail, accuracy under pressure, and a proactive safety-first mindset.
- Dependability: A proven track record of excellent attendance, punctuality, and teamwork.
