Responsibilities
Operate forklift machineries to safely unload, load, pick, pack, and put away cargo in designated areas.
Verify all shipping and receiving documentation (waybills, packing lists) and utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to maintain strict inventory accuracy.
Inspect incoming and outgoing freight, immediately identifying, documenting, and reporting any damaged cargo or discrepancies to the supervisor.
Practice safe warehouse procedures, identify potential hazards, and maintain a neat, orderly facility in strict compliance with Health & Safety, Security, ISO, and SOP standards.
Qualifications
Must possess valid, up-to-date certifications for Reach Truck, Order Picker, Sit-Down Counterbalance (SDCB), and Fall Arrest.
Proven experience in general warehousing, with a strong requirement for candidates coming from a 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) environment.
Hands-on experience operating WMS, TMS, and various courier shipping systems.
Must have the physical ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor (steel-toed boots are strictly required).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively manage documentation and interact with clients.
