Responsibilities
Equipment Mastery: Safely and expertly operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE), including Counterbalance, Reach trucks, Order Pickers, or Walkies.
Streamline Logistics: Keep production moving by loading/unloading shipping trailers and staging inventory accurately.
Digital Tracking: Use handheld RF scanners to update, track, and log inventory movements in real-time.
Proactive Safety: Conduct pre-operational equipment checks and uphold a zero-injury workplace standard every single day.
Qualifications
Certification: A valid Forklift License is strongly preferred (Counterbalance, Reach, Raymond Reach, or Walkie).
Proven Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience operating forklifts within a warehouse or manufacturing plant.
Strong Work Ethic: A rock-solid track record of reliability, punctuality, and collaborative teamwork.
Pace & Precision: The ability to stay focused, sharp, and accurate in a fast-moving industrial environment.
