Responsibilities
- Equipment Operation: Load, unload, stage, and relocate stock using Counterbalance, Raymond Reach, Order Picker, or Walkie lift trucks.
- Warehouse Support: Unload incoming shipments, stage outgoing orders, and maintain clean, organized production aisles.
- Order Tracking: Use handheld RF scanners to check inventory, track stock transfers, and ensure overall count accuracy.
- Safety Compliance: Perform daily pre-use equipment checks and follow all health, safety, and facility guidelines.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on material handling experience in a busy logistics, warehouse, or plant environment.
- Valid Certification: Current in-house or external license/certification for Counterbalance, Reach Truck, or Power Walkie.
- Core Skills: Strong reliability record, commitment to safety, and a collaborative team attitude.
- Physical & Detail Focus: Ability to lift heavy items, complete precision picks, and meet daily inventory targets.
