Responsibilities
- Safe Equipment Operation: Securely maneuver material handling equipment (MHE) including Counterbalance, Reach, Order Pickers, or Walkies.
- Logistics Support: Streamline the flow of goods by loading/unloading trailers and staging inventory for production lines.
- Inventory Control: Utilize handheld RF scanners to track product movements accurately in real time.
- Safety Advocacy: Conduct daily pre-shift inspections and actively contribute to a zero-injury workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Certifications: A valid Forklift Certification is strongly preferred (Counterbalance, Reach, Raymond Reach, or Walkie).
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience operating forklifts in an industrial, manufacturing, or warehousing setting.
- Reliability: A strong track record of punctuality, dependability, and collaborative teamwork.
- Adaptability: The ability to maintain speed and precision in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
