Responsibilities
- Equipment Operation: Efficiently run material handling units such as Counterbalance, Raymond Reach, Stand-Up Reach, Order Pickers, or Electric Pallet Jacks (Walkies).
- Freight & Material Flow: Execute smooth loading/unloading of incoming and outgoing trailers, transfer inventory, and stage materials for production lines.
- Inventory Control: Utilize handheld RF scanners to record product movement, update systems, and keep stock counts accurate.
- Facility Safety: Perform daily pre-operational equipment checks and adhere to site safety protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
Qualifications
- Certification: Valid, active Forklift License/Certification is a STRONG asset (Counterbalance, Reach Truck, or Walkie).
- Experience: 1+ years of recent experience driving material handling equipment in a busy manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics setup.
- Reliability: Strong attendance record, punctual work habits, and a collaborative team mindset.
- Performance: Capable of maintaining high accuracy and safety standards in a active, goal-driven facility.
