Responsibilities
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Safe Material Movement: Move, stack, and organize heavy inventory across the warehouse floors with high accuracy and care.
- Loading & Unloading: Efficiently handle incoming and outgoing trailers, ensuring freight is transferred safely in a high-volume setting.
- Stock & Order Picking: Pick customer orders accurately and keep picking lanes replenished to keep our workflow moving without delays.
- Pre-Shift Checks: Complete daily safety inspections on your lift truck before starting your shift to make sure the equipment is in top working order.
- Maintain a Safe Site: Stick strictly to facility safety guidelines to protect yourself and your teammates, keeping our workspace accident-free.
- Crew Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with the rest of the warehouse team to hit our daily production and shipping targets together.
Qualifications
What You Need to Qualify
- Valid Certification: A current, active forklift license (Counterbalance, Reach, Dock Stocker, or Walkie).
- Safety-First Mindset: A proven history of operating equipment safely and responsibly in busy, high-traffic industrial settings.
- Dependable Work Ethic: A strong track record of excellent attendance, punctuality, and overall workplace reliability.
- Physical Readiness: The capability to stand for long stretches during your shift and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs when required.
- Full-Time Availability: Ready and able to commit to a steady, full-time shift schedule at our Oakville facility.
