Responsibilities
As a core player in our material handling flow, your main duties will include:
Equipment Operation: Safely and smoothly operate various types of forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, reach, etc.) to move materials efficiently.
Shipping & Receiving: Load and unload delivery trucks quickly and securely to keep the supply chain moving.
Space Optimization: Place pallets into high-bay racking systems and keep the storage areas organized.
Production Support: Supply raw materials to the production lines on time to prevent any downtime.
Logistics Accuracy: Use an RF scanner to confirm inventory movements and ensure perfect stock counts.
Qualifications
To get the keys to the machinery, here is the profile we are looking for:
Experience: A minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant forklift driving experience in an industrial or warehouse environment.
Certification: Possession of a valid forklift operator competency card/license (a major asset; internal reassessments may be conducted).
Safety First: An unwavering commitment to occupational health and safety regulations (OHS).
Physical Traits: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and capable of occasional lifting as required.
Key Skills: Strong team spirit, exemplary punctuality, autonomy, and great problem-solving skills.
