We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse & Logistics Associate to join a close-knit, supportive team in Hamilton, ON. In this role, you will oversee material flow in our small-scale manufacturing facility—from receiving raw stock to packing and dispatching finished products.

Schedule & Location
Shift: Straight Day Shift Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Location: Hamilton, ON (On-site manufacturing facility)
Qualifications
Previous experience in order picking, shipping, receiving, or general warehouse operations.
Basic computer literacy and comfort navigating ERP/inventory tracking systems.
Physical capability to handle and maneuver warehouse materials throughout an 8-hour shift.
Strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety.

Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment: Pick items accurately using pick lists, and securely pack and label outbound shipments to prevent transit damage.
Inbound Logistics: Unload incoming freight, verify package contents against orders, and inspect deliveries for shortages or damage.
Inventory Control: Update received stock in the ERP system, direct materials to storage, and complete regular cycle counts.
Shipping Operations: Prepare shipping documents, keep precise logs, and safely load carrier trucks.
Safety & Maintenance: Safely operate equipment like pallet jacks while keeping the workspace clean and hazard-free.
Qualifications
Experience: Background in shipping, receiving, or order picking within an industrial or manufacturing setting.
Tech Skills: Basic computer literacy with proficiency in ERP systems and inventory data entry.
Core Competencies: Strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to accurately follow pick lists and shipping manifests.
Communication: Clear verbal and written communication for seamless team coordination.
Equipment & Safety: Practical knowledge of warehouse safety standards and basic equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks).
Physical Demands: Comfort standing/walking for full shifts, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in varied warehouse temperatures.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
