Reporting directly to the CFO, you will lead a dedicated team to ensure financial integrity while providing the executive suite with the insights needed to scale a high-growth, operationally intensive business.

Responsibilities
* lead the month end close process from an FP&A lens, ensuring revenue integrity, accrual logic and rigorous variance analysis
* identify and remedy financial risks, control gaps
* lead the annual budget process
* develop sophisticated rolling forecast models and scenario models
* KPI management - define, maintain and automate dashboards
* commerical business partner - liaise with sales, logitsics & fullfillment leaders
* team leadership - lead a team of 2 analysts
Qualifications
* CPA designation or nearing completion
* 7-10 yrs of progressive experience across FP&A and Controllership
* Prefered experience in distribtuion, supply chain, logisitcs
* advanced financial modelling and excel skills
* experience with data mining tools such as Power BI, SQL
* experience with revenue recognition, complex cost drivers
