Responsibilities
Finance Leadership & Business Partnership
•Own and manage SG&A budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and KPI management for Home Office and Technology departments.
•Partner with Technology and Facilities teams to oversee Capex budgets, manage software capitalization policies, and evaluate business cases.
•Conduct financial modeling, scenario planning, and ROI evaluations to guide workforce planning and vendor negotiations.
•Translate complex financial data and automation opportunities into clear, compelling presentations for senior leadership.
AI, Automation & Finance Transformation
•Identify and implement opportunities to streamline FP&A workflows and automate manual reporting or reconciliations.
•Drive the adoption of AI-enabled forecasting, predictive analytics, and anomaly detection.
•Collaborate with Data and Tech teams to design automated dashboards and scalable, self-service reporting using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
•Evaluate and deploy modern finance technologies, workflow automation tools, and advanced planning platforms.
•Mentor and upskill team members on emerging digital finance tools and AI-driven ways of working.
Qualifications
Required
•Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
•Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or finance transformation roles.
•Core Skills: Strong grasp of SG&A cost structures, advanced Excel skills, and rigorous financial modeling capabilities.
•Systems: Experience with major ERP and planning systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, OneStream) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
•Soft Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to influence matrixed teams and senior leadership.
Preferred
•Certifications: MBA, CPA, CFA, or an equivalent professional designation.
•Tech-Forward Expertise: Direct experience with automation technologies, predictive forecasting, or implementing AI tools within a finance department.
•Industry Context: Previous experience supporting an IT/Technology organization, including familiarity with IT asset lifecycle management and capital project accounting.
