In this permanent role, you will play a critical part in managing insolvency data, ensuring strict compliance, and providing exceptional support to clients in both English and French.

Responsibilities
As the Insolvency Administrator you would be responsible for:
- Processing/administration of confidential data
- Review documents and ensure proper processes are followed
- Maintain set service level agreements, meet audit requirements set out by clients
- Ensure regulated processing is accurate based on clients standards and guidelines
-Providing support to clients in French via phone and email
-Maintaining and updating client files with accuracy
- Maintain relationships within the industry

Qualifications
Strictly Bilingual (5/5): Must possess flawless written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
Experience: 1-2 years of proven administrative experience. Previous exposure to the insolvency industry, collections, or litigation is a highly considered asset.
Tech-Savvy: Highly comfortable learning and navigating new, proprietary software portals quickly. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Detail-Oriented: Exceptional data entry skills with an uncompromising eye for accuracy in a high-volume environment.
Soft Skills: A self-motivated "Passion to Serve" mindset, excellent time-management, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
