Position: Bilingual Donation Relations Administrator – Contract Role
Type: Contract, with high possibility of permanent hire
Schedule: Full-time hours, Monday to Friday (8:30am - 4:30 pm )
Location: Onsite – London, ON ( Westminster )
Accessible with public transportation and parking available
Salary: $21-$25/hour (depending on experience)
Required Experience : Min 1.5+ years of experience in call center
Language : Bilingual FRENCH and English (spoken , written fluent )

Responsibilities
- Serve as first point of contact for nonprofit clients via phone and email (English/French)
- Process donations, update CRM records, and generate tax receipts accurately
- Handle mail processing, constituent updates, and campaign calling tasks
- Provide backup support for donation processors and other team members
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Support ad-hoc campaigns such as donor outreach and credit card update
Qualifications
- Minimum 1.5 years call center or contact center experience (mandatory)
- Bilingual fluency in English and French (spoken and written) required
- Strong customer service skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Comfortable working onsite in London, ON
- Experience with CRM systems preferred (e.g., Raiser’s Edge an asset)
- Previous donation processing or nonprofit sector experience is an asset
