Responsibilities

Communication & Inbox Management: Act as a primary gatekeeper for the executive by managing their inbox, triaging incoming requests, and drafting professional emails and correspondence.
Travel Coordination: Arrange and manage comprehensive domestic and international travel itineraries, considering stakeholder preferences and ensuring all logistical details are handled seamlessly.
Stakeholder & Account Coordination: Perform heavy and complicated account management, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to manage relationships and ensure smooth operations for visiting leadership.
Logistical Oversight: Manage conflicting priorities and multiple incoming requests efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met and operations run smoothly.
Qualifications
Organizational Prowess: Highly organized with an exceptional, meticulous attention to detail. Proven ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
Strategic & Proactive Mindset: A forward-thinker who anticipates needs and understands the "why" behind tasks, rather than just completing a checklist.
Communication Skills: A strong and articulate communicator, capable of collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Technical Proficiency: Tech-savvy with advanced proficiency in the M365 suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, etc.). Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a significant asset. Openness to adopting new technologies, including AI tools.
Professional Attributes: Possesses strong business acumen and critical thinking skills. Demonstrates a strong backbone, recognizes professional boundaries, and is thick-skinned and deeply committed to the role's success and demands.
