Position: Office Manager, Donation Processing Centre – Contract Role
Type: Contract (3–6 months), with high possibility of permanent hire
Schedule: Full-time hours, Monday to Friday (8:30am – 4:30pm)
Location: Onsite – London, ON ( Westminster )
Accessible with public transportation and parking available
Salary: $28–$31/hour (depending on experience)
Language Requirement: Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written fluency required)
Experience Required: Min 3+ years in operations, management, team leadership or transferrable experience

Responsibilities
- Lead and support the donation processing team in daily tasks and resource coordination
- Ensure high-quality client service and uphold data integrity through regular checks and timely investigations
- Approve team schedules, bank hours, and maintain open communication with the VP of Client & Partner Engagement
- Complete donation-related tasks, including batch commitments, cheque deposits, and backup for DSL letters
- Train and coach team members, maintain high morale, and foster a collaborative team culture
- Manage inventory, office supplies, and relationships with vendors, including property management
- Coordinate and document internal processes, mail receipts, and monthly reporting to Finance
- Handle any escalations and ensure smooth operations throughout the day
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in nonprofit operations, donation processing, or team management
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills
- Bilingual fluency in English and French (spoken and written) –Mandatory
- Proficiency in Raiser’s Edge (or other CRM systems), MS Office Suite, and tech-savvy mindset
- Experience in a nonprofit or charitable organization environment is a asset
- Ability to multitask, solve problems, and maintain professionalism under pressure
- Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, or related field – OR equivalent experience asset
