Responsibilities
The French Instructional Designer Consultant is responsible for translating Business Process Procedures (BPP’s) into French simulations, using SAP Enable Now. They will work closely with the existing French instructional designers on the training team. Activities include the following:
• Run the English BPP through an embedded French translation tool with SAP Enable Now.
• Edit the French content, bubbles and text within the BPP’s.
• Prepping the slide decks with French screens.
• Translating the existing Reporting guides into French for Finance.
• Updates, uploads, and links to all the appropriate course material to be put on the sector websites.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
The consultant must fulfill the following qualifications:
o Minimum 2 years’ previous experience as a French Instructional Designer for training on projects.
o Previous experience working with the Department of Cyber Security & Digital Solutions on an SAP and/or S/4 HANA ERP Project.
o Strong organization skills
o Strong language skills.
o Team player able to communicate effectively in diverse teams.
o Excellent communication skills - listening, written and oral; and
o Ability to plan and prioritize work.
Desired Qualifications:
It is desirable for the Consultant to have the following qualifications:
o Detail oriented – experience in fast paced projects.
o Ability to work under tight deadlines with multiple stakeholders.
o A self-starter, flexible, can adapt to constant change.
o Must be able to work as a team member and work independently.
o Ability to function working remotely, participating in multiple MS Team meetings.
o Prior experience working with Government/Public Sector SAP projects.
