Responsibilities
The duties of the refrigeration technician on the road are :
- Ensure proactive communication with customers regarding the nature of services performed and potential problems.
- Effectively diagnose and resolve operational problems at customer sites, providing clear and accurate recommendations.
- Collaborate with the Team Leader to identify and promote the sale of additional work.
- Prepare technical documentation, service and project quotations.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on air conditioning systems in compliance with safety standards.
Qualifications
To apply for this position, the Refrigeration Technician must have :
- 5-10 years of relevant commercial experience.
- Valid Compagnon Frigoriste competency card.
- Solid experience in HVAC building mechanics.
- Excellent communication skills in English and French.
- Sense of priorities and good customer service.
- Valid driver's license and computer skills.
