Responsibilities
→Participate in day-to-day warehouse duties, including receiving, customer order fulfillment (picking/packing), inventory replenishment, and cycle counting.
→Execute timely customer order deliveries and manage Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) activities.
→Assist with specialized tasks, including paint mixing.
→Maintain punctuality and lead by example in working safely, efficiently, and effectively while adhering to company policies and safety regulations.
→Drive internal and external customer satisfaction to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
- Prior experience in warehousing, delivery driving, or the automotive aftermarket is a strong asset.
- Professional, customer-centric, hands-on, and resilient under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Forklift experience with an active license is preferred (training on specific branch equipment will be provided).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50lbs regularly.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- An acceptable Background Check and Driver's Abstract are required prior to and during employment.
