What We Are Looking For:
Experience: 3+ years managing full-cycle accounting (AP, AR, and General ledger).
Technical Skills: Strong at month-end closing, reconciliations, and reporting.
Systems: Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks/Sage/NetSuite) and Excel.
Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data and financial entries.
Work Style: Ability to work independently while supporting the team.

Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Accounting: Manage AP, AR, and the General Ledger (GL).
Closing: Handle month-end and year-end closing processes.
Reconciliations: Perform bank reconciliations and verify financial data.
Reporting: Prepare accurate financial statements and reports.
Compliance: Ensure all daily accounting operations meet standards.
Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years in a full-cycle accounting role.
Technical Skills: Strong grasp of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Software: Proficient in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, etc.).
Accuracy: High attention to detail and data integrity.
Work Style: Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines.
