Manage Financial Reporting: Prepare and/or review monthly and quarterly NAV packages, including valuations, accruals, and fee calculations.
Support Fund Operations: Coordinate capital activities like subscriptions, redemptions, and capital calls. You'll also maintain investor registers, reconcile cash and positions, and prepare financial statements.
Contribute to Audits and Valuations: Manage audit and tax timelines, liaise with external auditors, and support quarterly valuation processes by preparing data and documentation.
Enhance Processes: Draft standard operating procedures and look for opportunities to automate and improve systems and controls. Experience with Yardi or similar platforms is a plus.

Senior Accountant: You should have 3–5 years of progressive fund accounting experience in the private equity or alternative investments space. Hands-on experience with NAV, investor allocations, and capital activities is a must. A CPA is preferred but not required.
Assistant Controller: You should have 5–7+ years of fund accounting experience, including some review responsibilities. A CPA designation is required for this level. An advanced understanding of valuation support, complex allocations, and process improvement is also needed.
