Responsibilities
• Review and validate lender funding confirmations
• Process EFTs and wire transfers across multiple accounts
• Monitor account balances and ensure funding availability
• Track outgoing payments using Excel
• Investigate funding discrepancies and resolve escalations
• Respond to internal and external payment-related inquiries
Qualifications
• Post-secondary education in finance, business, or related field preferred
• Experience in financial services back-office or legal/solicitor office an asset
• Strong MS Excel skills (intermediate level or higher)
• Knowledge of bank statements and payment reconciliation
• Excellent time management, organization, and accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
