-$22- $24/hr
-Monday to Friday
-In office 5x a week
-10-6:30pm with 1 hr lunch (7.5 hour days)

Responsibilities
Document and Mail Management:
Retrieving and accurately matching cheques to corresponding documents.
Sorting, packaging, and creating high-volume Purolator packages.
Managing package tracking and coordinating with Purolator for changes or escalations.
Setting up local deliveries.
Administrative Support:
Processing standard and templated emails to various lenders.
Scanning documents and ensuring accurate organization.
Locating and resolving document discrepancies.
Managing general office space, inventory (paper, ink, etc.).
Qualifications
Previous experience in Data Entry and providing administrative support in a professional office setting.
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
Demonstrated reliability and flexibility.
Excellent team player with professional office etiquette.
