Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product owners and business users to define business requirements for enhancements in funding infrastructure
- Build and maintain a detailed product backlog in JIRA, write clear and concise user stories, and support prioritization with stakeholders
- Conduct in-depth analysis of capital markets products (e.g., equities, repos, loans, bonds, structured notes) and reference data
- Define and implement business rules for Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) and Asset/Liability Reporting (ALR)
- Liaise with business, finance, operations, corporate treasury, and technology teams to drive alignment and solution delivery
- Participate in agile ceremonies and support QA in defining test scenarios for front-to-back testing
- Ensure deliverables meet business acceptance criteria and contribute to continuous improvement
Qualifications
Must-Have:
- Undergraduate degree and 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or related role
- Proven experience in IT Business Analysis within Capital Markets, Treasury, Liquidity, Risk, or Finance
- Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in SQL
- Solid experience in Agile methodologies, including backlog grooming and story refinement
- In-depth understanding of capital markets products
Nice-to-Have:
- CFA, FRM, or other industry certifications
- Experience with Asset/Liability Reporting and/or Funds Transfer Pricing
- Familiarity with money market or secured financing trading environments
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
