What You Will Do:

Pack & Label: Prepare final products by bagging, counting, packing, labeling, and stacking them onto pallets.
Load & Unload: Move bulk products and pallets efficiently around the warehouse.
Clean & Maintain: Clean up grain spills (including shoveling bulk materials) and work with the team to keep the plant spotless.
Support the Team: Take direction from senior machine operators and supervisors to hit daily production goals.
Stay Safe: Follow all safety rules and always wear your required safety gear (PPE).
What We Are Looking For:
Physical Strength: Physically able to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly throughout your shift.
Flexibility: Comfortable working mostly indoors (80-90%), but willing to step outdoors (10-20%) when needed.
Team Player: Able to follow instructions well and adapt quickly to changing daily tasks.
Reliability: You must drive your own vehicle to work and be ready to start immediately.

Safety & Maintenance: Observe and adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including the use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Maintain the cleanliness and organization of various work areas.
Production Support: Assist with the packaging of products by palletizing, bagging, counting, and labeling.
Material Handling: Safely load and unload pallets and products.
Site Cleanup: Shovel grain spills and provide assistance to the sanitation team as needed.
Team Support: Follow directions from supervisors and main operators. Provide general support to operators to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and involves a mix of indoor (80-90%) and outdoor (10-20%) work.
Qualifications
The Track Record: You bring previous warehouse general labor work experience, meaning you already know the rhythm of a successful industrial floor.
The Safety Expert: You possess a solid working knowledge of safety procedures, risk management, and industrial Lockout procedures.
The Technical Skill: You are comfortable, capable, and familiar with the safe operation of hand and power tools.
The Commuter: You hold a valid driver’s license and have consistent access to a reliable vehicle, ensuring you can get to the site dependably.
The High-Energy Worker: You possess the resilience and focus required to excel in a high-volume, energetic work environment.
