Responsibilities
Safely navigate high-volume cross-dock and LTL environments using electric sit-down counterbalance forklifts.
Utilize stand-up stock pickers to efficiently retrieve, stage, and store inventory.
Manage freight logistics by loading, unloading, and organizing products with a focus on safety and efficiency.
Maintain inventory accuracy by stocking loose-pick bins and fulfilling customer orders precisely.
Process returns and relabel inventory, accurately re-barcoding cases for high-bay storage.
Collaborate on high-volume receiving, assisting a team to put away 800–1,200 cases on delivery days.
Uphold facility standards by executing daily and weekly warehouse sanitation tasks.
Strictly adhere to all established warehouse safety protocols and operational procedures.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, communicating effectively with team members to meet daily goals.
Qualifications
Certified Operator: Must hold valid certifications for both reach truck and sit-down counterbalance forklifts.
Industry Experience: Background in cross-dock, LTL, warehousing, or freight handling is preferred. Experience operating electric forklifts is required.
Physical Requirements: Ability to comfortably and consistently lift/move up to 50 lbs in a physically demanding role.
Communication & Teamwork: Strong English communication skills and a detail-oriented, collaborative mindset.
Logistics: Reliable personal transportation is a must (the facility is not transit-accessible).
Work Style: Thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
