Responsibilities
- Operate, feed, and unload press and welding equipment safely
- Perform routine quality control inspections on finished components
- Package, sort, and stack finished metal parts for shipment
- Lift materials weighing 25 lbs consistently, and up to 50 lbs periodically
- Collaborate effectively with machine operators and team members
Qualifications
- Experience: 6+ months in a heavy manufacturing or industrial setup
- Safety Gear: CSA-approved safety footwear required
- Transportation: Personal, reliable transport required (shift times are not accessible via local public transit)
- Physical Capability: Comfortable standing, bending, and repeatedly lifting up to 50 lbs
- Environment: Comfortable working in a high-volume, loud plant environment (ear protection supplied)
- Reliability: Proven record of punctuality and commitment to all scheduled shifts
