Responsibilities
- Fulfillment & Packaging: Accurately select, inspect, and package items for shipment.
- System Operations: Track stock, complete receipts, and scan inventory using handheld RF scanners.
- Product Movement: Safely handle, transport, load, and unload goods across the job site.
- Workplace Standards: Keep work areas organized according to safety regulations and 5S protocols.
- Target Achievement: Collaborate with line leaders and coworkers to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Work History: Minimum 6 months in a manufacturing, distribution, or plant environment.
- Physical Readiness: Ability to stand/walk for 8-hour shifts and lift items up to 50 lbs.
- Work Ethic: Strong commitment to punctuality, safety compliance, and team success.
- Transportation: Access to reliable transport across KW is an asset (select locations are transit-accessible).
