Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Locate, pick, and pack customer orders efficiently using handheld RF scanners.
- Logistics & Inventory: Support incoming and outgoing shipments by unloading freight and staging production materials.
- Quality Inspections: Perform quick, routine visual checks on products to ensure they meet quality standards before shipping.
- Facility Upkeep: Maintain a tidy, organized workstation to ensure a smooth, hazard-free environment for the whole team.
Qualifications
- Experience: At least 1 year of recent experience in a warehouse, factory, manufacturing, or industrial setting.
- Physical Readiness: Comfortably able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout your shift.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using (or open to learning) RF scanners and basic digital inventory systems.
- Reliability: A proven track record of great attendance, a strong work ethic, and a positive team player attitude.
