Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently locate, pick, and prepare customer orders utilizing RF scanning technology.
- Logistics & Inventory Support: Assist in loading/unloading trailers and keeping incoming/outgoing freight organized.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct visual checks on finished products to ensure they adhere to strict facility standards.
- Safety & Maintenance: Keep the production and warehouse floor free of debris and hazards to ensure a secure workspace.
Qualifications
- Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or industrial setting.
- Physical Capabilities: Able to remain on your feet, walk the floor for full shifts, and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfortable operating (or learning to operate) RF scanners and basic inventory software.
- Reliability: A reputation for excellent punctuality, consistent attendance, and a team-first mindset.
