Responsibilities
- Fulfillment & Picking: Accurately select, bundle, and package outgoing orders using RF scanning devices.
- Receiving & Material Handling: Unload inbound shipments, build and secure pallets, and maintain structured stockrooms.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming materials and finished goods to maintain strict quality standards.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain clear pathways, uphold safety guidelines, and ensure an organized station.
Qualifications
- Background: Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a distribution center, production facility, or warehouse setting.
- Physical Capability: Able to stand throughout full shifts and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Tools: Basic experience with (or readiness to learn) RF scanners and basic inventory control systems.
- Traits: Strong punctuality, keen attention to detail, and a collaborative attitude.
