Advantages
Day Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
Afternoon Shift: Monday – Thursday, 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM.
Rate of Pay: $18.50 per hour.
Shift Premium: Employees on the afternoon shift earn an additional 5% shift premium.
Responsibilities
Your daily tasks will vary across different manufacturing departments, including hardware insertion, robotic welding support, and powder coating. Primary duties include: Machine Operation: Operating CNC and touch-screen controlled presses to insert fasteners into metal products. Part Processing: Separating, sorting, deburring, and finishing sheet metal parts from laser and punching machines. Production Support: Loading and unloading component parts and finished weldments from Robotic Welding Cells. Finishing: Loading and inspecting parts on an automated powder coating conveyor system. Quality & Data: Completing quality inspections, verifying work orders, and recording completions using SAP MRP data terminals.
Qualifications
Safety First: Must comply with all health, safety, and environmental programs. Quality Standards: Work must be performed in accordance with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems. Environment: This role is based on the production floor and requires the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Communication: Ability to report concerns and discuss requirements with leadership.
