Relocation: The Adventure of a Lifetime in Saint-Pamphile
Saint-Pamphile isn't just a workplace; it's an exceptional living environment. If you love nature and are open to living away from the urban rush, this opportunity is for you. We are only one hour from Montmagny and two hours from Quebec City, which allows you to stay connected to major centers while enjoying the tranquility of the countryside.
To make your transition easier, we have 4 ½ apartments available right above the factory for a very affordable rent of $650 (all-inclusive). Our goal is to make your arrival as simple and pleasant as possible.
Advantages
Since 1999, we've been a key player in the wood industry in Saint-Pamphile, specializing in the production of pallet components. Our success is built on a strong, reliable team, which is why we're looking for people who share our values. Our company culture is friendly and inclusive, and to prove it, we offer benefits that make a difference: a paid dinner every Thursday, beers at the end of the shift to celebrate the week's efforts, and memorable company parties.
Competitive Salary and Tangible Benefits
We know that compensation is important, and we value your work fairly. The starting salary is $21 to $25 per hour, and you'll receive production bonuses ($32/week) and attendance bonuses ($20/week).
Your schedule is structured for a better quality of life: a 4-day workweek (Monday to Thursday), with a short shift on Friday morning for cleanup. This leaves you with long weekends to explore the beauty of the region or simply relax. Although we don't offer group insurance, we've set up a collective RRSP with a 2% company contribution to help you plan for your future.
