Overview
We are looking to fill an immediate-start, short-term contract lasting one to two weeks, though top performers may easily see an extension. Our goal is to assemble a powerhouse crew capable of tackling intense site prep and demanding manual tasks. If you show up on time, work hard alongside your peers, and hold the right safety tickets, you're exactly who we need. Responsibilities
Execute demanding physical labor and hands-on construction duties required for large-scale solar panel assembly.
Carefully and safely transport, hoist, and stage heavy construction materials and machinery throughout the job site.
Work seamlessly in tight-knit squads of 6 to 10 crew members to crush daily production goals and milestones.
Strictly adhere to all mandatory safety guidelines, daily orientations, and hazard assessments without exception.
Bring a positive, high-energy attitude to the site every day from the start of the contract straight through to the finish line.
Qualifications
Absolute Requirements:
- You must possess an active Fall Protection Ticket (you cannot enter the site without this).
- Hold a valid Driver’s License with a reliable way to commute to Balzac daily.
Bonus Skills: Previous experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator, or holding CSO (Construction Safety Officer) or CSTS certifications, will put you at the top of the list.
Physical Fitness: You must be capable of enduring prolonged periods of heavy lifting and strenuous manual labor while exposed to various outdoor weather conditions.
Attitude: We need safety-first individuals who excel in a collaborative, team environment.
Required Paperwork: Ensure you submit a recently updated resume along with clear copies of all your valid, active safety tickets.
