As a General Labourer operating within the manufacturing and logistics sector, your daily activities will directly impact production efficiency. You will be responsible for assembling metal components according to specifications and ensuring the seamless flow of materials. In the powder coating department, you will assist with loading and unloading parts from the paint line, preparing surfaces, and conducting basic quality checks. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety. Working the afternoon shift allows you to maintain a great work-life balance while gaining valuable experience in a modern production facility.

Responsibilities
• Assemble metal components accurately using manual and air-powered hand tools.
• Load and unload metal parts safely onto the powder coating paint line.
• Conduct visual quality control checks on finished parts to identify defects.
• Transport raw materials and finished goods around the production floor.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workstation.
• Follow all safety protocols, including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Provide general operational support to team leads and supervisors as assigned.
Qualifications
• Previous experience as a general labourer, factory worker, or production helper is an asset.
• Ability to commute reliably to the facility located in Guelph, Ontario.
• Flexibility to work the full afternoon shift schedule consistently.
• Steel-toed safety boots (CSA approved) are mandatory.
• Must be legally entitled to work full-time hours in Canada.
