In this role, your primary focus will be maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and organization of our client's facility. However, during slower operational periods, you will have the unique opportunity to step onto the production floor, assisting the manufacturing & logistics team with light industrial assembly tasks directly on the line. This position does not require any specialized tools, making it an excellent entry-level opportunity for anyone looking to build their skills in the manufacturing & logistics sector.

Responsibilities
• Sweeping, cleaning, and tidying the warehouse floor and common areas to ensure safety standards.
• Taking out garbage, recycling, and maintaining overall facility cleanliness.
• Assisting on the production line with basic equipment assembly during slower operational periods.
• Collaborating with the manufacturing & logistics team to keep workstations clear of debris.
• Performing other general labour and janitorial duties as assigned by the floor supervisor.
Qualifications
• Must possess and wear CSA-approved steel-toed shoes or boots on the warehouse floor.
• Proven track record of great attendance, punctuality, and reliability.
• Available to commit to a full-time contract of at least 3 months
• Capability to manage the physical demands of the job, including some heavy lifting required daily.
• No prior tools needed; all necessary equipment and training will be provided on-site.
