Key Responsibilities:
Machine Operation: Safely set up, operate, monitor, and shut down manufacturing machinery (including extrusion, molding, pressing, or packaging equipment).
Quality Assurance: Conduct regular visual inspections and basic quality checks on finished goods to ensure strict adherence to product specifications.
Troubleshooting: Spot process irregularities and minor mechanical issues quickly, making necessary adjustments on the fly.
Maintenance & Shop Upkeep: Perform routine machine maintenance—clearing jams, cleaning tooling, lubricating components—and keep work areas clean and organized.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: 1+ years of machine operation experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment (experience with extrusion, plastic molding, stamping, or similar equipment preferred).
Mechanical Aptitude: Proficient with basic hand tools, reading specification sheets/blueprints, and understanding core mechanical concepts.
Precision & Detail: Sharp eye for identifying defect patterns or equipment errors early.
Physical Capability: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and regularly lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
Key Attributes: Excellent attendance record, safety-first mindset, and a collaborative team attitude.

Responsibilities
Safely operate manufacturing machinery and equipment to meet daily production targets.
Conduct continuous monitoring of machines, perform routine quality checks, and meticulously inspect finished products.
Troubleshoot mechanical faults, clear equipment jams, and perform basic preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
Maintain accurate production logs, track output, and provide detailed handover reports to the next shift supervisor.
Keep the workstation clean and strictly adhere to all workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 1 year of machine operation experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (experience with Extrusion, Plastic Molding, Stamping, or similar machinery is highly preferred).
Mechanical Aptitude: Comfortable using basic hand tools, reading specification sheets/blueprints, and understanding basic mechanical concepts.
Attention to Detail: Proven ability to spot defect patterns or minor machine errors quickly before they become larger problems.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, walk, bend, and regularly lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
Work Ethic: Exceptional attendance record, strong safety-first mindset, and a great team-player attitude
