Shift: Sunday to Thursday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Enjoy a consistent Friday/Saturday weekend!)

What You'll Do:
Drive a Sit-Down Counterbalance forklift to move and stage LTL/FTL cargo across a active dock.

Load and unload trailers on strict schedule deadlines.
Perform manual lifting (hand-bombing) up to 50 lbs to build stable, road-ready pallets.
Scan inbound and outbound freight using RF equipment to ensure accurate tracking.
What You Need:
Active Counterbalance certification and prior LTL/FTL cross-dock experience
Physical ability to manage manual loading and lifting up to 50 lbs
Own vehicle required due to transit limitations at the job site

Responsibilities
Operate a Sit-Down Counterbalance forklift to safely and efficiently move pallets across a high-traffic cross-dock floor.
Load, unload, and strategically stage LTL and FTL freight to meet tight daily dispatch deadlines.
Step off the machine to hand-bomb, stack, and build solid, road-ready pallets with items weighing up to 50 lbs.
Manage fast-paced workflows and maintain dock organization to keep up with strict transit schedules.
Utilize handheld RF scanners to track inventory movements and ensure 100% data accuracy on all shipments.
Qualifications
Valid Sit-Down Counterbalance Forklift certification with at least 1 year of experience in a high-volume freight or cross-dock environment.
Must have your own reliable vehicle, as this facility is completely inaccessible via public transit.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely and perform physical tasks, including stepping off the forklift to build pallets.
Proven, hands-on understanding of LTL (Less Than Truckload) and FTL (Full Truckload) workflows.
Ready to start working immediately with a strong, self-motivated work ethic and excellent punctuality.
