We are hiring reliable General Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will carefully wrap rubber piping onto large industrial spindles to make sure our products meet quality standards.
Pay & Schedule
Day Shift: $24.00 / hour (6:45 AM – 7:00 PM)
Night Shift: $26.50 / hour (6:45 PM – 7:00 AM)

Shift Rotation: Alternating 12-hour shifts (Days: 3 days on, 2 off Nights: 2 nights on, 3 off)
First-Week Training: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM. You will move to your regular rotation after your first week.
Note: You must have your own reliable vehicle. This location is not accessible by public transit.
What You’ll Do
Wrap Piping: Tightly and neatly wrap rubber piping onto large spindles.
Focus on Detail: Follow exact product specs so everything is made correctly.
Work Hard: Handle heavy physical labor and stand for long periods.
Team Up: Work with your crew to reach daily goals.
What You Need
Physical Stamina: Able to do heavy lifting continuously during a 12-hour shift.
Teamwork: Strong communication skills and a good attitude.
Agreement: Willing to sign an Overtime (OT) Averaging Agreement before your start date.

Communicate clearly with teammates and supervisors to maintain a smooth, safe workflow.
Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Previous experience working in production environments
Always on time for shift handovers.
Strong, reliable work ethic.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Valid Class 5 driver’s license.
Forklift experience is a plus, but not required.
