Responsibilities
Process donor information, inbound donations, and payments with a high degree of accuracy.
Manage flat-file processing for offline and non-automated payments.
Prepare and validate donor batch files, including manual and imported data, monthly payments, and tax receipting.
Coordinate with regional offices to ensure the timely processing and synchronization of donation information.
Process donor requests such as upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations.
Ensure the secure stewardship and handling of sensitive donor data.
Perform regular data cleaning and deduplication to maintain database integrity.
Create and deliver scheduled and ad-hoc campaign and donor reports.
Provide in-office administrative support for fundraising and engagement campaigns.
Qualifications
Advanced knowledge of Raiser’s Edge & RE NXT is a must-have.
Strong understanding of non-profit data reconciliation requirements.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data validation.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously.
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
