Responsibilities
You will be responsible for complex accounting activities relating to the maintenance of a complete and accurate general ledger.
Qualifications
Must Have:
1. university degree in Accounting
2. current CPA designation, or writing their CFE
3. EXCEL - ADVANCED - good with navigating comfortably in excel, handling large sets of data and pivoting on those data
4. takes instructions well and will take the initiative to learn on their own and refer back to prior month's billings and journals to familiarize themselves on what is expected for the current period
5. someone who has experience working full-time in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment
6. strong communication skills
7. detail oriented
8. experience entering invoices (AR or AP) and recording journal entries on a monthly basis
Nice to have additional skills: Past experience working with external customers/clients, reporting skills
