Responsibilities
Lead the Guest Journey: Welcome and engage guests, assist with escalations, and ensure the front-of-house team delivers consistent, high-quality service.
Coordinate Daily Operations: Help manage staff schedules, ensure shift coverage, and assist with break tracking and timecard accuracy.
Maintain Facility Standards: Ensure the location is clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times.
Contribute to Team Development: Participate in onboarding, deliver on-the-job training, and support team coaching to maintain a motivated, high-performing staff.
Qualifications
2+ years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or entertainment environments
Proactive, solutions-oriented, and great with people
Comfortable with light administrative tasks (scheduling, system checklists, basic reporting)
Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 lbs
Available on weekends and adaptable to a flexible schedule
Familiar with basic business literacy, including simple reporting and sales tracking
