Inspire and influence teams to prioritize safety as a shared value, not just a requirement
Partner with team leaders, supervisors, and employees to embed safe behaviors into daily routines
Create and deliver engaging training sessions, toolbox talks, and communication campaigns
Monitor site activities, identify potential hazards, and work collaboratively to implement improvements while supervising the use of PPE and managing HSE projects
Lead risk analyses and safety audits, ensuring compliance with regulations
Track key safety metrics and share insights that drive smarter decision-making
- Teach proactive HSE risk management strategies at all levels of the organization and maintain emergency plans
- Prepare detailed reports for management and communicate the results of HSE initiatives

Experience in a health and safety role within a manufacturing or industrial setting

A desire to lead change, even without formal authority
