Advantages
$28.00 – $30.00/hr based on your experience and certifications
Our set 4/10 schedule means you get a 3-day weekend, every single week.
Your safety and comfort are our top priorities. We provide a generous, recurring allowance for premium steel-toed boots, weather-appropriate outdoor apparel, and specialized PPE to ensure you are fully equipped and protected on the job from day one.
Responsibilities

Load and secure oversized, high-value materials onto flatbeds, trailers, and dry vans with pinpoint accuracy.
Rig, hoist, and position heavy structural pieces using overhead crane systems, maintaining strict control and safety at every turn.
Organize and stage incoming inventory systematically using color-coded bin and yard tracking systems to keep the entire operation synchronized.
Champion safety on the ground every day, backed by a recurring gear allowance for top-tier boots, specialized PPE, and weather-ready workwear.
Qualifications
You hold an active, valid certification for high-capacity/oversized forklifts rated up to 40,000 lbs.
You bring proven, hands-on experience running front-end loaders in an active industrial yard, production facility, or heavy material hub.
