Position: Warehouse Record Center Specialist
Shift: 5 days a week, 9 hours a day (08:00 AM - 05:00 PM), including a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks
Salary: $20/hour
Location: Ottawa

Responsibilities
Process orders and manage the movement of files, books, binders, tapes, and various other materials
Perform physical duties including manual lifting, carrying, arranging, and loading of storage boxes, bins, and totes
Safely operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling aids
Use proprietary computer systems to track orders and ensure accurate inventory location
Utilize handheld scanners to maintain precise documentation
Load and shrink-wrap pallets for secure transport
Maintain a safe workspace by following all protocols while navigating inclines, stairs, and uneven surfaces
Qualifications
Proven ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, standing, kneeling, squatting, stooping, and bending for extended periods
Ability to independently lift and carry boxes weighing between 24 lbs and 100 lbs on a regular basis
Proficiency in reading and writing English
Comfortable working at heights while balancing on ladders
Strong attention to detail for reading labels and processing orders accurately
