- Full-time daytime position (the company is open from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. and weekends from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., rotating work schedule for a 37.5h/week)
- Live-in job in Laval, no more big-city traffic!
- Temporary contract of 3 to 4 months (possibility of permanent employment)
Responsibilities
- Configure and update the Windows 10 system in response to external customer requests
- Perform entry-level to intermediate technical interventions, analyze the source of problems and provide escalation services
- Configure and deploy images on all desktops and laptops
- Diagnose, categorize and identify the urgency and impact to the business and respond accordingly to all incidents and service requests.
- Achieve first-call resolution and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times.
Qualifications
- Strong interest and little experience in technical support
- Migration to Windows 10 and imaging machines
-Outstanding customer service, the clientele for this role is external
- Bilingualism required, as most customers are outside Quebec
- Meticulous work ethic and organizational skills
